I was randomly looking around Ustream for no particular reason, and I stummbled onto a Mother/Earthbound/Mother 3 game marathon. During which, they raised $6,000+ in charity money.

They seem to want fan art submissions during their marathons so I figured it sounded like a good reason to put something together.

Ah, I watched a bit of their marathon. It's certainly a brilliant idea. I wish I'd known about it beforehand, but I heard about it from a friend, and when I looked they were on mother 3 so..

Thanks for contributing that awesome fanart! We ended up with a little over $10,500 for Susan G. Komen. If you are interested The Speed Gamers are doing a non-charity Metal Gear marathon starting June 19th for 72 hours and then a Final Fantasy marathon for ACT Today starting July 17th and lasting a full week.
