I feel REALLY sorry for Jewel Man. When you think about it, what's happening to him is that he is being molecularly de-constructed, atom by atom, into infinity long strips of matter. He'd feel every bit of it, has ZERO chance of escape, and would feel like forever to him (given how time flows in a black hole). This would go on until this process ruptures a vital organ, thus slowly killing him as he continues de-constructing. Poor, poor guy.
